Our work with the ability of the teams, costructors and drivers have allowed to our engines to obtain winning results in many championships:

  • in 1992/1993 first place in the Mexican championship of F3 with Alfa Tw. Spark 2000 engine;
  • in 1992 won the CVIM championship with Alfa 300012V engine class P/2 on Bogani car and in the 1995 on Sighinolfi car with Butti;
  • in 1998 1° absolute the CVIM championship with BMW 2500 engine class P/2 on Osella car with Fagioli;
  • in 1996 won the CVIT championship with Seat engine;
  • in 1996 won the CVIM championship with Skoda engine;
  • in 1993/1994/1997/1999 won the CIVM championship with BMW M3 3000 6 CIL. engine class P/1 on Lucchini car and a 2° place in the 1998, with drivers as Nesti, Danti, Savoldi;
  • in 1996/1997 first place in the F3 championship in Greece with Alfa Tw. Spark 2000 engine;
  • in 1990/1991/1994/1996 won in the 2000 F3 championship with Alfa Tw. Spark 2000 engine with drivers as Famà, De Tommaso, Lusuardi, Giannini;
  • in 1997 won the Superformula championship with Fiat 16V engine with Manuel Jao;
  • two CIP championships win in circuit with Alfa 3000 V6 engine on Osella car: 1991/1992 with the drivers Francia and Mancini;
  • six CIP championships win in circuit with Alfa 3000 V6 engine on Lucchini car: 1993/1994 with Martinello, 1996 with Ronca, 1997 with Sanesi, 1998 with Francioni, 1999 with Prospero;
  • Parigi-Dakar with Rover V8 engine on Range-Rover car with Vismara-Fogar and with Mercedes 500 engine on Mercedes car with Clay Regazzoni.
  • In 2000 we won the CIVM campionship with the BMW 2500 engine class P/2 on Osella car, with Fagioli Simone that won also the second place in the absolute position.
  • In 2000 we won the ARP FORMULA 3 English championship, class B 8 valves engine, with the ALFA Twin Spark engine. At the first place is classed CHRIS MARSHALL, at the fourth place PETER FAIRBAIRN and at the thirteenth place GUY HESELDEN, that has taken part only in the lastest races in the calendar.
  • In 2002 Chris Marshall won again the ARP FORMULA 3 English championship in the class B with the Alfa Romeo F3 Twin Spark engine.
  • In 2000 we won the F3 Italian Club championship with the ALFA Twin Spark engine in the results of 8 valves, at the first place the NEW RACING TEAM driver R. Tagliati and at the second place the BELLSPEED TEAM.
  • In 2000 The Gillet Vertigo motorized with ALFA V6 3.6 engine, that has raced in the championship GTB class in Belgium, won the fourth place in Zolder, a second place in Francorchamps and a third place in Dijon with the drivers Van Vaerenbergh and Ugeux and in the absolute position the Vertigo car was always in the first ten positions with 45 cars at the start of the race.

  • 2001 in the 6 hours Gold Cup in Vallelunga organized from the Peroni Promotion has seen at the first absolute place Saccomanno Massimo and father with our Alfa SR2 engines on Lucchini car.
  • 2002 in the 6 hours Gold Cup in Vallelunga organized from the Peroni Promotion has seen arrive in the first place of the SR2 class the car crew with Francioni/Savoldi/Peroni follows from Collini/Riccitelli/Quester at the second place, with our Alfa SR2 engines on Lucchini car. In the absolute classification at the second and third place.
  • 2003 in the 6 hours Gold Cup in Vallelunga organized from Peroni Promotion are arrived at the first place of the SR2 category the French team with Ricard C., Favre and Carugati and to the second place crew with Saccomanno M., Collin G. and Mancini F., to the 4° place Grimoldi, Petrini e Maddalena. In the absolute classification second the French team (Ricard C., Favre, Carugati), third the Italian team (Saccomanno M., Collin G., Mancini F.) and 10° grimoldi, Petrini e Maddalena. All the crews have our Alfa SR2 on Lucchini car.
  • 2004 in the 6 hours Gold Cup in Vallelunga organized from Peroni Promotion are arrived at the second place of the absolute classification and at the first place of the SR2 class Saccomanno M. and father with the Lucchini car with our SR2 engine inside. In the absolute classification 5° the French team (Ricard C., Favre, Carugati) with the LMP2 Lucchini car with the 3.4 Lt Alfa Romeo engine prepared from us and first of the class. In the silver Cup in Vallelunga has run the Silhouette car of the BTCS Belgian championship with the 3.2 Lt BMW engine prepared from us that unfortunately has had a problem with its rear wheel, but with good performance.

In 1998/1999 the Ellegi Motori, started the study for the development of an engine to use in the Sportsracing World Cup Championship. The Alfa V6 3.0 Lt engine, also prepared for the category Gr. N in the Italian Prototip Championship in circuit with good results for his performance and reliability, and the BMW 6 cyl. 3.0 Lt engine used from years for the category GR. N in circuit as in mountain. After some demands received the Alfa 3.0 Lt was developed to increase the cylinder capacity until to 3.4 and 3.6 Lt.
The engine with these characteristics is used from four years in different cars, as the special Gillet Vertigo Streif that runs in the Belcar and in the GT Championship. The 3.6 lt engine issue a max power of 470 HP and the 3.4 lt arrive to 450 HP. This lastest version of engine is used in the Le Mans Endurance Series with the LMP2 prototype car, under the rules isuue from the ACO (Automobile-club de l’Ouest)
In these years, our Alfa engine in the different solutions and with the constant update is become always reliable and so good to use for long races as the 24H, with a good quality and price!!.
The 1999 has been the year of the beginning for our engines in the SRWC championship, during which we have obtained a 1°, a 2°, a 4° and a 5° place with the Siliprandi Team and a 5° and 2° place with the Lucchini Team, after a program starts with a big delay.
The 2000 results got in the SPORTSRACING WORLD CUP CHAMPIONSHIP from the cars with our Alfa engines have given us certaily good satisfaction for the performance showed, as also for the good work of the teams.
The AUDISIO & BENVENUTO TEAM, with the drivers M. Saccomanno and R. Tonetti, is placed fourth in Monza, second in SPA and in Brnò, first in Nurburgring and third in Magny-Cours. Thanks to these results the group have obtained the third place in the Team position and the second place for M. Saccomanno and the third place for R. Tonetti in the driver position.
The LUCCHINI TEAM has got the fourth place in the Team placing with a second place in Monza and two first places in SPA and in Brnò with the drivers F. Francioni and S. Ronca that are classed together at the fourth place in the driver results.
The GIUDICI TEAM got the third place in Nurburgring and the fifh place in Magny-Cours.
In the 2001, the SRWC become FIA Championship, called FIA SPORTSCAR CHAMPIONSHIP. Also the Ellegi engine is renewed for the 2001 year with lightest parts, as coil, fly-wheel, oil sump and a new crankshaft of our production. These parts allow to the Ellegi engine to decrease his weigth of about 10Kg. We have also reduced the distance of the engine from the bottom of the chassis. The exhaust pipes have new dimensions

3.0 LT ENGINE FIA SPORTSCAR SR2 2002

Our engines used on four Lucchini SR2 chassis have obtain good results in this seasons. Tonetti and Saccomanno drivers have obtained the 4th place in the Team position and the 3rd place in the driver position. The Lucchini team with four car registered in the SR2 FIA Championship has obtained the 1st place in the costructor position and the 2nd place in the team championship.
The 2002 year is finished with good results! The Team, costructor and driver FIA SPORTSCAR CHAMPIONSHIP is been won from the Lucchini Team with two official cars with our Alfa SR2 engines. The drivers that have won the first place are Mirko Savoldi and Piergiuseppe Peroni. A hard battle have given the other two drivers that arrived at the second place Gianni Collini and Fabio Mancini. At the fifth place there are the two drivers Ranieri Randaccio and Maddalena with the Alfa SR2 engine prepared from us on Lucchini chassis.

2002 - OUR SR2 ENGINE ON LUCCHINI CAR

In the 2002 Filippo Francioni won the Italian Prototype Championship in the cat. SR2, with our engine on the Lucchini chassis.
In the 2003 year won in the CIP cat. SR2 with our engines on Lucchini cars. First place to the Solieri G. driver in cat. SR2 and 4° in the absolute classification. The 3° place of the cat. SR2 to the Grimoldi A. driver.
In the 2004 year at the second place Tullio M. in the SR2 cat and with an absolute 8° place, with our SR2 engine on Lucchini chassis

 

2002- RALLY RAID ENGINE

  • In the 2002 the Tecnosport team has run with the two cars Nissan Terrano and Navarra in the most important and beautiful Parigi-Dakar race that finish this year on the cost of the Red See. The cars are motorized with the Nissan 3.5 lt V6 engine prepared from us. The teams arrived in the absolute classification to the 31° place with the drivers Alessandro Pio/Dominique Housieaux and to the 32° place with the crew Edi Orioli/Maurizio Dominella.
  • In the 2003 the Guardia Civile Spagnola ( Team n. 264) has run with the cars Nissan Terrano and the T2/3 Super Production engine prepared from us to the Parigi – Dakar race, arriving to the 35° absolute place.
